Call us or email for service. We will arrive to the location with NO TRAVEL CHARGES or unneeded parts. We inspect, diagnose and repair the problem efficiently. We put the parts in to keep you up and running with good print quality. We don't add parts just to pad the bill.
If the problem that was fixed doesn't stay fixed, we will make a free trip back within 30 days. There will be no extra charge unless a part is needed. This doesn't happen much. But we will stand behind the work. We are trusted by several local companies including a number of computer companies.
Why go to a service provider from out of the area that will charge hundreds just to show up? Tri-State Service has solved virtually all problems encountered. We do it with no travel charge and the following rates:
Standard Pricing:
-Basic service call charge: $80 first hour or part of hour.
-Special fee for schools, churches, non-profits : $60 first hour or part of hour.
-Longer jobs are in quarterly increments after first hour. Parts are extra.
-If we arrive and realize that a return trip is necessary, you will not be billed twice.
-If the parts of a machine cost too much you will be charged an estimate fee of only $40 to cover time and expenses.
-Service contracts set up for copiers.
Payment:
-Payment can be after the job or within 21 days of the job.
Warranties:
-We are an HP Printing Solution Provider, but we are not authorized to do warranty work, and can't get paid for it.
-We will gladly help an existing customer make decisions on any problems with new equipment. But, in general, we do not handle equipment that is under warranty. This means that if you bought something that has a warranty from HP, or a warranty from Office Max or Staples, you have to call the appropriate company.
-We can help with most non-warranty issues.
