Too often customers only work on their machine when it breaks. We do quarterly preventative maintenance for several customers. This is cheaper than standard contract work. Why? You are ahead of the problem and get your money's worth. If you have a large number of printers, scanners, computers or other equipment that need to be serviced regularly. It is definitely cheaper in the long run to set up a maintenance plan.
